The Japan Rail Pass is a ticket that allows unlimited use of trains, buses, and ferries operated by the JR (Japan Railways) Group across Japan within a specific period (available for 7, 14, or 21 days).
It is extremely convenient for travelers planning to explore a wide area of Japan.

Coverage Area: All of Japan, from Hokkaido to Kyushu
Note: Some trains are excluded.

3. Book your JR PASS

Before you book, Please note the below ;
You are travelling within 90days. JR PASS exchange order, that HIS Canada will issue, needs to be activated within 3 months after the issue date.
You are flying in the next 7 days No delivery option will be available. Please be prepared to pick up the voucher at HIS Canada Vancouver office ( 1416 -1030 West Georgia st, Vancouver) .

When you book, Please note the below;
What is GREEN and ORDINARY? GREEN Car seats are wider, more spacious. All seats must be reserved in advance. Generally less crowded.
ORDINARY Car seats includes Resrved Seats and Non-Reserved Seats, in the same seating type.
The most of car in the bullet trains offers Ordinally seating.

Upload your passport image JR PASS requires the name as it is. Please do not forget to upload your passport picture in the end of your purchase!
Choose a way to recive the pass We require 2 business days to be ready for your voucher.

4. Activate and Travel around

Arrived in Japan
Activate the JR PASS The PASS can be activated at Major stations. To check which stations and where to exchange them, Please check HERE
The start date can be selected when exchanging. The Pass is valid for consective days from the start day.
After activation, you will be able to reserve the seats with ticket machine or ticket office.

* Cancellation Policy

It is possible to refund your issued Exchange Order with 10% charge. The original voucher must be retured to do so before activated.

Refund: Refund can be made within one year after the date of issue at the exact issued office. The original must be returned otherwise refund cannot be processed.
10% of original canadian ticket price will be charged as cancellation fees.

Change/Exchange: Changes are not allowed. New tickets shall be purchased.

Reissue: If lost the voucher, it cannot be reissued, cannot be refunded.
